As of the close of business on February 10, 2025, there were no Board Nominations by Petition received for the open Board of Directors positions. In accordance with the Bylaws of Centric Federal Credit Union the Nominations by Petition are hereby closed.

The Nominating Committee, appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, has nominated one member for each board position to be filled.
2025 Board of Directors
Charlene Brakefield
Charlene is currently a member of our Board of Directors. She has served on the Board for 26 years. Before being elected to the Board she served on the Credit Committee for 2 years. She retired from Graphic Packaging as their Human Resources Director.
Don Murphy
Don is currently a member of our Board of Directors serving as a Vice Chairman. He has served on the Board for 24 years. Prior to being elected to the board he served on the Credit Committee for 3 years. Don is the Health and Safety Sr. Manager for Graphic Packaging International.
Carolyn Mills
Carolyn has served in various positions at Centric since being appointed as Membership Officer in 1999. She served on the Centric Supervisory Committee since 2004 and was elected Chairperson of that committee in 2015. Carolyn was then elected to the Board of Directors in 2016. Carolyn retired from Graphic Packaging International.
