Report Stolen Card/Dispute Items/Start a Conversation
To report a lost or stolen Visa® debit or credit card, login to your CentricCU App and scroll to the Card Management section on your dashboard. Choose the card that has been lost or stolen and report it and reorder. You can also call or text us at (318) 340-9656 to speak with someone directly.
