TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
With hacking and cyber crimes on the rise, Centric is pleased to offer Two-Factor Authentication as an extra security precaution for all online banking members. This multi-factor authentication factor process requires a secondary method of authenticating your account and is designed to protect your privacy, prevent cybercrimes and increase your overall Centric experience.
GET STARTED
For all new devices that have not been registered, the system will direct you into the new Two Factor Authentication when you Log into your MyCentric Online Banking using the button found on the top right of this page, or through your CentricCU App.

Next you will be prompted to enter the phone number we have on file for you. If you do not have a current phone number on file, please call 318-340-9656:

After you have entered the phone number we have on file for you, you will have the following options to receive a secure code:
- Text
- Phone call

Depending on which method you choose, you will receive a Verification Code.
TEXT
If you select “TEXT,” you will receive a Verification Code via an SMS Text Message. Enter this code into the field presented under “Verification Code.”

PHONE CALL
If you select “Phone Call,” you will receive the Verification Code via a phone call. Enter this code into the field presented under “Verification Code.”
