Will my account be combined with accounts at Centric?
No, we will keep these accounts separate unless the member would like to merge them under one account after March 2, 2026.
What if I need help switching?

How long does it take to open a checking account?
Most members can get started in just a few minutes online or with help from our Concierge Support Team.
What’s my account number at Centric?
Your new account number with Centric will be 8 numbers and start with the number 82. For example – account number 1234 at WMFCU is now 82123400.
How do I access online banking?
Visit www.mycentric.org and click ‘Register New User’. Follow the prompts to complete enrollment.
If I have an automatic transfer for a loan(s), will the payment post as agreed?
Yes! The loan payment will be posted as agreed upon. To verify, feel free to contact our Concierge Support Team to answer any questions you may have.
